Originally, this attractive house was a wooden barn. Today, "Clavau Niev" presents itself as a pure wooden building with lovingly designed details such as the slats, which provide a flowing calm. Alpine chic at the highest level. This also applies to the view: the view of the unique mountain world and the surrounding agricultural zone is breathtaking. The house contains three condominium flats, each with a different floor plan, which are used as second homes. Each floor has a generously designed flat between 120 and 135 m2. High-quality materials from the mountain region, such as wood and stone, were used. The house was conceived and designed by the architect Teo Rigas and Carlo Gruber, Feldmann AG.
