The two terraced houses built in exposed concrete fit into the south-facing slope like cascades, which also gave the project its name. They are oriented in such a way that optimal sunlight is guaranteed equally for all flats. The steep slope is harmoniously embedded in the hillside situation with a sequence of walls to emphasise the natural, already existing character of the former vineyard. An unusual solution is the inclined lift, which allows individual flats to be accessed directly from the underground car park. The structural conditions of the terrace houses allow generous panoramic windows with exceptional views into the distance. Efficient structural engineering allows for a high degree of flexibility in the room layout. The terrace houses are complemented by a three-family house with condominium and a single-family house. Particularly high rooms and large panoramic windows, which ensure optimal sunlight even at the foot of the slope, give the flats their exclusive character.
