Creating living space that tells a story is our passion. The 7.5-room detached house is located in the village centre of Auw and is a cantonal listed building. Renovation and conversion were carried out in consultation with the cantonal monument preservation office. Much of the building's structure and external appearance could be preserved. The façade was clad with wooden shingles, the roof was covered with historical Bieberschwanz tiles, windows were restored, etc. Inside, all surfaces worthy of preservation were professionally restored. The result is a single-family house that combines the historic structure with contemporary furnishings, materials and modern building services. This is how history comes alive.
