Together with the two residential and commercial buildings "perron west" and "NordStern", "Gleis '61" forms an urban meeting place in a central location near the station. This trio creates synergies, offers individual space and ensures great flexibility for frequent travellers. The project plays with the different conditions on the outside, the refined floor plans have a versatile character and thus correspond to the targeted different target groups.
