Three new condominium buildings are being constructed on Hürtimattstrasse in the direct vicinity of the "Stalderhaus", which is worthy of protection. The site is characterised by its quiet surroundings, has a slight slope, is located on the edge of the town centre in the heritage zone and Lake Lucerne is within walking distance. Each of the three new volumes has a different size and main orientation. This results in different views of the lake, the mountain panorama and the surrounding green and open spaces for each building. Each residential unit has its own individual single-family house character with its own quality, appearance and materials. The vertically structured wooden façades ensure that the buildings integrate into the existing townscape and landscape, especially from a distance.
