The site is located on Jurastrasse in Wohlen, behind two listed villas, embedded in the former commercial garden. The building blends into the existing topography and convinces with its high efficiency: an unusual 9-unit staircase with skylights forms the central access to all 39 small flats (2.5- and 3.5-room flats). All of the flats have a spacious entrance, a kitchenette and a loggia. The façade design is intended to be reminiscent of the original commercial use and is encompassed by natural landscaping.
